Race Results

Race #10 — October 10, 2009 Thunderhill Raceway

Mike qualified 9th fastest and finished 7th.  Bruce Mabrito finished 15th.  Mike finished the 2009 season 7th in points.  Bruce Mabrito finished 10th in points.

 

Race #9 — September 5, 2009 Red River Speedway

Mike qualified 5th fastest with a new and improved motor.  He dropped out at the first caution when his fuel pump quit and finished 12th.  Bruce Mabrito finished the entire race coming in 9th back in the #71 Scirocco.

 

Race #8 — August 8, 2009 Thunderhill Raceway

Mike finished 9th.  The gremlins continue to elude him.  Bruce Mabrito finished 12th in the #94 Silver Rabbit.

 

Race #7 — July 25, 2009 Thunderhill Raceway

Mike finished 12th in an all green race.  He continues to be plagued by engine problems.  Bruce Mabrito finished 14th in the #94 Silver Rabbit.

 

Race #6 — July 11, 2009 Corpus Christi Speedway

Mike finished 11th and continues to be plagued by engine problems.  Bruce Mabrito finished 13th in the #94 Silver Rabbit.

 

Race #5 — May 24, 2009 Red River Speedway

Mike qualified 11th and finished 16th with engine problems.  Bruce Mabrito qualified 15th and finished 15th with a blow engine.

 

Race #4 — May 23, 2009 Red River Speedway

Mike qualified 8th and finished 5th in this rain shortened race.  Bruce Mabrito qualified 17th and finished 16th.

 

Race #3 — May 09, 2009 Thunderhill Raceway

Mike finished 7th, but the car was awesome until the CV joint broke………..AGAIN!  Bruce Mabrito finished 8th.

 

Race #2 — April 25, 2009 Thunderhill Raceway

Mike finished 10th, but the car was awesome until the CV joint broke.  Bruce Mabrito finished 19th.

 

Race #1 — April 11, 2009 Thunderhill Raceway

Mike struggled to get the car ready for the first race.  He missed practice and qualifying.  Thanks to the tireless support of Dennis Taylor, they finished the car to arrive in time for the main.  Mike had carburetor problems and joined the race 8 laps down.  But ……. the car was awesome.  He finished 10th and will be ready for them next time!  Bruce Mabrito finished 12th.
